Q: Where is our community pool?
A: Our pool is located at the corner of Arcturus Way and Bootes St.

Q: What if I lost my pool keycard?
A: If you have lost your pool keycard, call 858-566-3622 or email poolkey@mvhoa3.org to make an appointment for another keycard. Please be prepared to leave your name, address and phone number. Your membership will be verified and your call usually returned within 48 hours. There is a $5 deposit for the 1st keycard to new homeowners. Each keycard after that will cost $20 to replace.

Q: What are my annual HOA dues?
A: $260 per year.

Q: When is the HOA payment due?
A: Bills are sent out during the last week of June. The bill is payable by July 15th. Payment is considered late if not received by July 31st. Homeowner is placed in delinquent status (with loss of pool use privileges) until the bill is paid. Late payments are subject to late fees and monthly interest (12% APR) charges.

Q: How do I contact the board members?
A: Board Members can be reached through this website via email address found on the Board of Directors page.

Q: How can I volunteer around the neighborhood?
A: Please contact any board member if you wish to volunteer for any neighborhood projects at the pool or the park or if you want to be on the board.

Q: What do I do with grocery carts?
A: Please call 1-800-252-4613 to report abandoned grocery carts. Be prepared to give the exact location (city, main street, cross street, & area description). The stores that have a contract with the pick-up company will usually pick up their carts within a couple of weeks & return them to the appropriate store . If you want quicker results and have access to a van or truck, you can always return them yourselves to the store marked on the cart.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: During the Spring Break period each year the manual heater is turned on to take the chill off.

Q: Is there a lifeguard on duty?
A: THERE IS NEVER A LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! During the summer months, there are monitors on duty to supervise and enforce the pool safety rules, but they are not lifeguards.

Q: When are the lounge chairs put out ?
A: Lounge chairs will be out for use while monitors are on duty in the summer months.

Q: When should I put out my trash cans?
A: Trash pick-up days are generally every Tuesday, though this may be affected by holidays. An updated schedule can be found on the San Diego City website here.
