- A gentle reminder that our volunteers & board members maintain only our HOA pool & park. Duties for which include: monitoring pool rules; keeping insurance, taxes, financial accounts & budgets updated; hiring competent employees and contractors; drafting up detailed contracts for all; and investing in the best CDs available for an HOA.
- The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. in residential zones.
- Useful Telephone Numbers:
- According to the City’s Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones map, homes along Bootes, between Aquarius and Arcturus (on the edge of grid 36), are in a HIGH Fire Danger Zone. Homeowners living on this section of Bootes are asked to please clear the brushes and create a defensible space around your homes.
